by RE Advantage offers a powerful IDX search engine to the Real
Estate market. We have developed both a framed and a FTP option.
Our framed IDX solutions give you one of the most powerful property
search engines available today. Our SmartFrame technology offers
you many advanced features such as our “Home Selector”
option and is built on an optimized SQL database engine. Our IDX
solutions support all property types with customized search criteria
pages for each property type. SmartFrame also includes a robust
user administrator backend to custom tailor your framed page.
Our FTP option extracts reciprocity data/pictures and places them
in files on a FTP server. Authorized Participants may then download
the data for use in their own database.
We currently offer three types of our SmartFrame web pages: Standard,
Semi-Custom, and Custom. All of these pages are hosted on a NJ
Internet Access web server and can be seamlessly integrated into
a Participant's website. The data is presented in such a manner
that it appears to have come from the Participant’s website.
With framing, a Participant's website can provide listing search
and display capability without needing database software, a search
engine, or a means to update the database periodically. The displayed
data is always up to date because it originates directly from
the MLS database. Fields displayed are limited to those authorized
by the MLS and only listings from opted-in brokers are available.
All options include a search page, summary view page, and a detail
view page. The detail search page will display all the fields
the participating MLS has approved for IDX. |

SmartFrame: |
Standard
framing provides a set of three web pages -- Search, Summary View,
and Detail View that are SmartFramed to a Participant's website.
Standard SmartFrames include your Office logo and 8 optional http
links to navigate to and from your site.

MLS
IDX Solutions

| Our programmers
have developed a solid IDX solution deployable to any MLS or association.
The solution can also be customized to your specific board/MLS requirements.
Unlike other IDX providers, ours is a truly end-to-end and complete
IDX solution. No resources from your staff are needed. We completely
manage the deployment for you. Prices vary from the size of your
MLS and you are free to charge your members our base price or markup
our price
for an additional revenue stream. For MLS's that wish to deploy
IDX to all their members, we offer site licensing options as low
as $2 per member.
The MLS IDX solution provides both a SmartFrame option as well
as an FTP option. Our SmartFrame not only provides a standard
solution, but we can also FULLY customize an IDX solution for
any member or larger office. The monthly charge remains the same,
but a one-time programming fee will be charged based on the needs
of the office/member.
SmartFrame options
include both an office as well as an agent type. If you only allow
office deployments, agent options can be turned off.
